you ship my pants and they show up AT MY FORMER RESIDENCE. We were ORIGINALLY told products would ship at the end of November. My pants were labeled for shipping on the 16th of November, apparently never shipped, then you promised i would have them by the first week of December, when i finally did reach you.
I'm moving TOMORROW, and I have tried SEVERAL times to contact you, calling every day, and emailing several times, that i need to change my shipping address. This would have never been a problem if you didn't make false promises about shipping dates. Please expect a flaming bag of shit if i never receive my pants.

P.S. i realize i can forward my shipment to my new address thru USPS themselves, however.. its $15 initiation and $13.95 for each week, and with saga's awesome reliability, it could easily be $50 extra bucks.

That really sucks about Saga's shipping. Is someone moving into the house right after you leave? You could contact the new owners/tenants or leave a note for them to ship the pants COD to your new address when they (the pants) arrive. Depending on how far away you're moving, that might be cheaper than the forwarding service. You probably want Saga to pay for any extra expense incurred, so keep your receipts/ shipping bills so if you actually can contact them you have proof of the exact amount.
 
Why does everyone assume saga will ship anywhere remotely close to on time? They havent been able to since their beginning, like 4 years ago.

why do you have to post exactly what you sent saga? it really does not help at all. if it did you should have put it in the 60+ page saga thread.
 
holy shit im going through the same exact thing. i got my L jacket this monday but they havn't shipped my pants and im leaving tomorrow too! i also called and emailed all week and got no responce...so i still dont know if ill get my pants shipped to my school or to my house.
