for sure.my mountain out east has opened that early before.this is god dam utah haha get it together PCget us stooooked
 
Just knowing the management at PC, there is no way they will ope early, most of the managers working there are real good, but the front office is so greedy, they would never open the mountain early for pass holders...but then again they stayed open an extra week last year so who knows...
 
I disagree. The management at PC actually does care and would open early as long as they get enough snow blown. They make as much snow as they can on the run, making sure it's deep enough that they won't have to go back and close the run later in the season to make snow again. Here's how PC works weather wise. It gets really cold really early, gets everyone's hopes up and then a high pressure builds in and it gets warm until late november. I tell ya, happens every time...

oh, I've got some amplid bindings for sale if someone wants them. need to get rid of them before I move.
 
ya but as he said in his post that snow they make could be melted in a week though from a warm front, haha i wish they would open early too though.
 
This really does happen every year. Early cold = excitement. High pressure - Moving in on sunday. It will be warm during november. Brighton will be open but it won't be good. And PC will turn on the guns whenever they can and we'll be lucky if they open on time and when they do they have one or two runs including the homerun jibline (wahoo! - stoked) until the middle of december when the saeson really starts. Hopefully though we can get away from the norm and have a good early start.
 
during the cold temps pc blew a ton of snow in the sidewinder area, just below where the rails are stored in the summer. but, warm weather moves in and goodbye to alot of snow. I was all sorts of stoked to be able to lift ski before I left but oh well. the resort in vegas opened 2 hours after loveland opened so i'll have a ribbon of death to ski down there i guess.
 
cold temps gunna return next monday and i think that will officially start the winter but we shall see.at least you can see the cold temps in the future so we still have hope for the 14th hhha
