Yeah theres alot of east cost rappers that hate crackas. I wouldn't say they hate all white people. DP never attacks white people he says shit like 'I'm down for running up on them crackers in their city hall.' Shit I'm down for that too, and not because I want to be black because their are alot of bad people who happen to be white in the world. Also if you look into the influence of most of the rappers who say shit like that, you'll find most of them are 5 percenters. If you read about their current stance its basically the devil is a mindset which exists among both the white man and black man.
