Dead of winter gloves?

Almost lost a few fingers last season in my Spyders so those have been set aside for spring skiing only. So can anyone recommend another pair that will keep me nice and toasty throughout a full day of bitter cold skiing?

I would recommend dakine rovers. Or basically any of dakines summit series gloves/mittens. OR, if you're not a fan of the gauntlet, check out the cobra glove/mitten.

I live in Colorado, it gets REAL cold up here in the mountains...my Hestra Seth pro model golves were warm all winter long...it got below -40 at night with the windchill....no problems with being cold...nice glove, light wieght also.

FOr super cold days patrolling I have some High End MEC gloves, super warm and goretex so they stay dry. Black Diamond makes some great high end ones too. They may be expensive and not quite as steezy, but theres a reason they get used for things like ice climbing and mountainiering

The Hestra gloves are the best! that's all I ride in, the vertical cut is maybe the best as well, warm enough for the coldest days and breathes enough to even wear in the spring. also check out the "park warrior" they are discontinuing this glove next year but I actually found them cheaper than backcountry

vertical cut $85
