DEAD HARD DRIVE - MUST SHUT DOWN

Hello Everyone,

A drive in our server's RAID has died. We must shut down the system immediatly to have it replaced so as not to loose any data.

We should be back up and running soon.

I've opened a ticket with our provider. They will hopefully have the drive replaced within the hour, then it will take another hour or two to re-build the raid array.
