If you put rails in your edit I will not vote for you. It is a big air comp. You will not have to k-fed an urban rail to win.

yeah last year there was a lot of edits of like gansgter rail sliders, and it is a true big air comp, i just didnt understand
 
I thought KOS had a rail jam too? at least they have before? or is that a different city big air contest?
 
the same but nobody cares about the rail jam.. and I think it's just a sort of demo for showing scandinavian rails to a big crowd
 
I was thinking this while watching sig's edit. which was like 50-50 rails jumps. also only had like 1 or 2 dubs.
 
there was a forum a couple days ago that was saying there wasnt gonna be a comp because all people did was throw dub 10 mutes... which is a lie and it would stink if there wasnt won
 
on that note, why aren't there many highish prize rail jams?

there's rails2riches and that one that almost turned into a flip/spin off at bear, but that's it

snowboarding has a bunch, wtf skiing
 
there was a huge one at the end of lat year. massive wall ride to drop and a bunch of transfer lines. Gus double corked the table top. The name eludes me though....
 
somebody doubled a jump. does that sound like a rail jam to you? and that is the exact thing the guy above you was talking about, the "rail jam" at mammoth that turned into a jump jam with pieces of metal.
 
someone doubled a jump, instantly disqualifying it as a rail jam? Gus didn't win because of his double and there were only a few jumps other then his double. Maybe your forgetting all of the crazy transfers and bonks that happened?
 
you mean like 540 switch up transfers? again jumps with metal obstacles, not rail skiing. and yes when one of the main features of the jam is a jump that makes it not a rail jam.

war on rails i think it was called, and yes the name was fitting it really was a war against rail skiing.

guys dont put rail or even pow clip in your edit cause you aint gonna get vote
 
War of The Rails had a dope set up. But it definitely wasn't just a rail jam... Anyway, I think the KoS edits are supposed to showcase overall style. Sure it's just a big air comp, but having to be strong in all areas to win a spot on the roster is a good way to insure that it is a better comp IMO.
