Yeah what he said. Most people recommend marine epoxy since its waterproof, but all epoxy really is waterproof. I use hobby store model airplane epoxy (but I've never fixed a delam with it) So yeah I would just recommend using epoxy from a marine store, Make sure you clean both sides thouroghly before putting the epoxy in there. Also mix the epoxy REALLY well or it wont cure. Mix it per the instructions to, if you have to much catalyst the epoxy can ignite itself. Clamp it nice and tight with maybe some wood blocks to prevent damage to the ski. Also if you can, flip the ski with the base up to prevent epoxy from leaking all over your base, because when you epoxy this, you want just enough to ooze out around the area. While its curing if you have a space heater, throw that facing the ski (just be careful not to burn the place down) Then after you're all done, if you can I would suggest putting one or two rivets about a half inch back from the tip.
