Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, Deception Point, and Digital Fortress. i'm not sure of the intelligence level of the people on this website, but for those of you who have read them, what was your favorite and why, i'm in the middle of deception point and i hear it's one of the best but i can't get into it, its rather slow in the beginnign, has anyone else read it?

Reading Dan Brown doesn't exactly require a high level of intelligence... a domesticated turtle could read his books.

I have them all, but have only had time to read angels and demons and Da Vinci Code. Awesome books though.

I don't wanna sit down, I just wanna get down

Dan Brown books are all the same story lines, just different characters and settings. That said, they are very entertaining books in my opinion. I like Angels and Demons the best, Da Vinci Code 2nd, Deception point 3rd...haven't read digital fortress.

The only one i I have read is Deception point, but i liked it pretty well.

Joke of the Week:

This little boy and his grandfather are fishing. Granddad pulls

out a beer and the little boy says 'Grandpa, can I have one of

those?' Grandpa says 'Is your penis big enough to touch your

asshole?' to which the little boy responds 'No.' 'Then you can't

have one.' A while later, the granddad pulls out a cigar and the

boy asks, 'Can I have on of those?'

Grandpa says 'Is your penis big enough to touch your asshole?'

to which the little boy responds 'No.' 'Then you can't have

one.' Later on, Grandpa and Grandson go to the grocery store for

food and each buy a lottery ticket. Grandpa is unlucky, but the

little boy says 'I just won $50,000'

Grandpa says, 'Great, your going to split that with me, right?'

The little boy asks, 'Grandpa, is your penis long enough to

touch your asshole?' 'Yes,' Says grandpa. 'Then go fuck

yourself!'

I read angels and demons and the Davinci Code. I really enjoyed them. They're the only books i've enjoyed reading in a long time.

Angels and Daemons was the bets, davinci code seocnd, and Deception point third. I still haven't read Digital Fortress

ive read angels and demons and the da vinci code, and both are great books. basically the same story line but different characters yes, but his writing keeps you so into the book. i never wanted to put either book down, very entertaining books indeed.

ive read all fo them... which was a bad idea because hes not that bright actually. you'll get to the end of the book and the main characters are supposed to be making these profound revelations... but theyre blantantly obvious. da vinci code was definitely my favorite though.

I've read all of them. FRZGene put it exactly write, though. The basic events are all the same, which sucks, but I LOVE the books. I like them because they're not only (somewhat) unpredictable (at least for the first book or two), but I also learned a lot of random facts that I didn't think I would have. All four books were good reads. I agree with Crystal-needs-a-park... I shouldn't have read them all because they're so similar in ways.

I love Deception Point. That was the second one I read after The DaVinci Code. I had a hard time getting into it at first, as well, but it turned out to be probably my favorite of the four.

1. Deception Point

2. The DaVinci Code

3. Angels & Demons

4. Digital Fortress

Digital Fortress was the one that I found to be the quickest read, although I read Deception Point in less time because I was on airplanes from Anchorage to Costa Rica, and yeah... finished that whole book over that period versus just reading at night like I usually do.

I was at my buddy's house the other day and noticed an Element sticker on his door which said the Water Earth Wind Fire or whatever underneath it. Just the sticker sparked a two-hour conversation, starting with Angels & Demons, which transitioned to religion and then to New Zealand. Odd, huh?

I finished Da Vinci code like a couple days ago and I'm now I'm halfway through Angels and Demons. I can definetely see how the storylines are similar. They are still very entertaining books and look forward to reading the rest.

They're both dumber than bricks... I don't care how hot they are, I wouldn't bone them even if they kept their damn mouths shut. I'd probably get a nasty case of sexually transmitted stupidity.

yea sdot, i do have to say that i learned so much interesting things from those books, and on the intelligence level comment, you don't have to be smart to read the books, its grasping the concepts of the books and putting them into reality, i find dan brown to be a genius. For example, angels and demons, the idea of religion and science working toghether is practically unheard of but he puts it togehter very nicely, digital fortress brings about issues that we face in today society, privacy vs. security, if you think about the concepts in each book, they really are quite intriguing

i like da vanci code. its the only one that i read by brown but it was good. the cliff hangers do get redundant

Obviously tons of research, time, and devotion to his work. There's obviously a lot of accuracy in his works because it mentions that the settings are set up exactly as he depicts them and whatnot. Crazy, hey?

I like Davinci's Code the best with Angels and Demons a close second. I love how he incorporates history and shows another side of what's know to society, if it is in fact true. It's very interesting how he depicts how corrupt organized religion really is and opens your mind to knowledge you would have never known. But, most of the books are very close in plot lines!

I have read Davinci code, deception point, and am in the middle of digital fortress.... my favorite has been davinci code, but i really like deception point because the delta force stuff is so interesting...

I've only read Deception Point but I thought it was one of the better books I've read in a while. Granted, the first 100 pages are a bit slow but once it gets going it's pretty entertaining.

DaVinci code kept me interested the entire time but I was somewhat dissapointed by the ending. I would have liked to see the grail and understand why it was so important.

his books are great but he always ends in the same way he plays something up really big then at the end he says it was fake like the illuminati were made up by that guy and the meteorite was fake, but his books are still really fun to read

i've read davinci and digital fortress... i think i liked davinci code more, but digital fortress was an easier/understandable read.

I read Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons, and I prefered the second one, yet they were both really good books. I read the first one in 2 days...
