the songs need to be mixed way better...and the rapper is forcing his voice/flow way too much. beats are so-so, I would suggest working with some samples rather than using software instruments for beats. That way you'll get a technically higher quality (higher bitrate, more information, fuller sound) and it won't sound so sterile and robotic.
I assume either you produced this and/or you are rapping, or you know this dude. Because this isn't well made enough to get any real sort of promotion. I'm not trying to be a dick I've been here before when I first started making music a while ago..but yeah he needs work.
