Dalbello voodoo review?

supa fresh. i love mine. good flex, not to soft not to hard. and you can adjust it. dont hop on the full tilt bandwagon. they are a 3 piece boot just like ft. and they have a fur liner to keep your feet nice and warm on the cold days

I recall a lot of people saying these were really stiff for having a low flex rating. I'm aware that completely contradicts the previous post but thats what I heard.

im sorry to be the debbie downer here, but i had them last year and i wore them 2 days and my shins were fucked for over a month. I complained to dalbello, they said people were having similar issues, so they sent me a new pair of rampages for free and so far i love them, the most comfortable and stable boot i have ever worn and NO shinbang at all. i HIGHLY reccomend spending the extra cash on these.

they have with mine. still love the boot tho. but they aren't that flexy for me. im 170lbs and i have it on a soft flex and i get shinbang sometimes

i do prefer a stiffer boot, and like that I can adjust the flex rating. and for the deal i'm getting I think i'll stick with the voodoo's. I can always revert back to my raichles if I have to (great boot, just needs new liners and are a tad loose)

if for whatever reason your feet fit really well in dalbellos, look at the il moro. when I got fitted I tried on lots of stuff ranging from nordica to other stuf and eventually settled on dalbello. Tried the rampages, cross, il moro and the voodoo. i feel like the voodoo is more of a beginner boot. the rampage allowed me to bend really far forward but just a little too easily for my liking. the cross was better but still a bit soft i thought. Settled on the il moros which are stiffer and have another tongue if you feel they're not stiff enough and tons of other custom options. The cross seemed a bit tighter but I like the il moro better. once I heat mold they'll be amazing. plus the slap ratchet makes it so you can adjust the tightness which seems to change the amount you can bend (i'm sure there's a bigger gap between your shin too but, hey). I do that sometimes and it doesn't rape my shins.

Voodoo's and the Boss's are the only wide boots now I think if that matters to you. My voodoo's have fit real well but they sometimes make my foot feel like it's going numb. I also get some pretty bad toe band with them and I think it's because the liner it shifting around in the boot.

I had last years and they were amazing just standing in them but as soon as you have any sort of goofy landing say goodbye to your shins. Lets put it this way, a few months ago I got terrible shin bang jumping into a foam pit.
