I am thinking about getting these, but only thinking. I tried to searchbar, but it is all new and foreign and scared me away. I have a wide foot. I have been riding the ol' green and grey sally 1080 foils for like 4 years now.

I am a compentent skier that skis everything west coast. Lots of park, pow, and I even run a course every now and then, though I don't want the boot to be a race boot. I am more looking for people's experience with them.

If you have a wide foot, these are not the boots for you. The Kryptons are one of the most narrowest boot on the market.

Are you looking for a stiff or soft boot?

soft boot. I want a bucle that goes over my ankle, such as with the kyrptons, and fulltilts. fulltilts are way too skinny for me though.

I have a narrow foot, I love my kryptons. I have the pro w/ id liner, soft tounge and superfeet foot beds. the best boot I've ever owned.

I think if you try them on, you'll realize how narrow they are. I have a pretty narrow foot, and they are almost not wide enough. That being said, the boot is super sick if your foot will fit it. I think they are a great mix of a soft forward flex with lateral stiffness. Plus, they are super light for hiking around out of bounds. They only other boot I would consider is the Full-Tilt, but that's essentially the same boot.
