Dalbello IL Moros or K2 B and E

Ok so I’ve been really trying to decide between the B and Es and the dalbello IL moros, I’ve already been to a boot fitter and I need a 25.5 and have already tried the B and Es on and they felt great. I also had the dalbellos earlier this season and loved the performance and snappiness of them but had to sell because they were too big. I am 15 and only weight about 125 pounds, are the dalbellos going to be too stiff at 120 flex? Would they still work with FT tounge with a softer flex? Or should I just go with the B and Es that I tried on?

B&Es are a wide boot. IL Moros are a narrow boot. Might wanna figure out what width your foot is first before making a decision.

Which Dalbellos did you have that were too big? I just tried on the Il Moros the other day, and they are not that much softer imo than my current Krypton 130s. Same 'B' rated stiffness tongue, but I'm guessing their logic was to give the Il Moros the older style velcro power strap and softer liners to bring it down to a 120. And I'm pretty sure I recall someone a while back confirming FT(K2) and Dalbello tongues are not interchangable.

Also surprised that you seemingly fit in both 99 and 102 lasted boots, hope your bootfitter knows what he/she's doing. How boots feel in shop can vastly differ from how they'll fit once on outside on the slopes.

The dalbellos I used to have were the IL moros and I think the dalbellos fit better because they were bigger and had a wider last because of the bigger size. You said that the dalbellos didn’t have interchangeable tounges?

I guess it depends on which il moros he is referring to.

The il moro mx 90s or il moro boss have a last of 103mm

The il moro 120 (ones that look kinda like vans) have a last of 99mm.
