Dalbello Il Moro Tongue (opening like a Full Tilt)

Just recently got this year's Il Moro. I was looking at the shell and noticed that the tongue seemed to be attached like a Full Tilt. Has anyone/does anyone know how to make the tongue fold all the way down like a Full Tilt does for easier entry?

Idk about this years but every Dalbello I have owned didn't have a tongue that folded down like my FTs. They have always had like a screw thing holding down the bottom of the tongue where FT Classic shells have tongues that kind of lift up and then fold down.
