Dalbello Il Moro 90

I need help. I have the Dalbello Il Moro 90 and wanted to switch the Powerstrap out with a Booster Strap. But the screws wont come out. The seem to be locked from the backside and „not removeable“. Anyone had the same issue or know how to get them out? (Also down with drilling it open if thats my only choice)
