alright so this year I upgraded from shitty rossi exhalt boots to dalbello boss's. I love the flex and feel and everything except im getting some gnarly toe bang (fully black and blue big toes for over a week). I used to wear size 29.5 but these r 28.5 and I have way more control that way and my toes dont hit except on hard landings. this is a 3 piece boot so i try and get the ankle buckle super tight but it doesnt work. and please dont say jus land beeter serious responses only please. will just punching out the toe box at the shop cure this or is there something else i should do?

don't land backseat and get a footbed are apparently popular answers. thats what everyone will say. or that your boots don't fit.

alright thanks ill try getting a footbed when i take them back to the shop to prolly get the toe box punched out.

Footbed, footbed, footbed. You need to get this first before you punch the toe out. For starters, the right footbed will shorten your foot's actual length and lock it in the rear of the boot. Secondly, if you punch out the toe without a footbed, you will just slide into the new space that was created.

So, footbed first as it will 9 times out of 10 solve this problem. And if it does not, then punch out the toe.

yeah fersure footbed man. When i dropped money on my dalbello krypton cross i went all out with pristine footbeds and liners. Intuition ftw

yea i wanted the intuition version of my boots but they didnt sell them any where near me and these felt good. these r my first like legit boots so yea i didnt realize how important a footbed was +k to all u guys thanks.

$60-$200 depending on what your foot needs to be properly supported, could be at the low end, could be at the high
