Dakine Glove Sizing?

I'm looking to buy Dakine Cobra GTs, but I don't know about size and I haven't been able to find them in any stores yet.

For North Face & Burton gloves, XL seemed to always fit my fingers better. My wrist and palm were fine with L or XL. Dakine's sizing chart says to measure around your hand right below your fingers, I fall right in between these two (more towards L).

8.5" to 9.5" - L

9.5" to 10.5" - XL

So.....if anyone with Dakine gloves could measure from the tip of your middle finger to the base of your hand (I'm just under 8") and let me know that length and glove size you use, that would be very helpful, thanks.

Thats weird, i swear i posted a reply to this and it's gone..

anyway using this chart:

I measured about 8.5" circumference around the middle part of my hand.

From tip of middle finger to base of hand is just under 8"

I have the Cobra GT Mitt in Large, and it fits good.

Granted, i have mitts, not gloves, so if there was any issue with the length of the fingers i wouldn't know it

My measurements are the exact same and I use XL Cobras. Go for the bigger size if you're not sure, they'll be warmer.
