Daily flexibility/stretching routines?

Trying to get limber and stay on it as someone who has traditionally not put a whole lot of effort into it. Would love to see any routines you guys have or links to any that work great (even if reasonably paywalled)! Googling it is a bit overwhelming with ads and pages that seem a wee gimmicky.

Bonus points for skiing related of course!

if youre not doing some form of cardio try to incorporate movement with stretching. I like to break a legit sweat before I start to stretch standing still, and even sometimes I still try to move while stretching. I have noticed a significant increase in range in motion with this mindset.

Put your ski boots and skis on. Lay on you back and pretend your Vincent Garnier. Really turn yourself into a pretzel and try and hold and tweak. Also, stretching after you have been drinking can really help. It makes you more loose and you have a better pain tolerance with a buzz on.

First you gotta get a good time so you can do it daily without planning or thinking about it. I prefer after the shower before I hop in bed.

Then you just pick the ones that you need.

I start with lithe butterfly stretch for the hips. Then lay one leg out straight touch the toes. Other side. Flip the leg over to and look behind you for the twist stretch. Stand up and stretch my hamstrings against the wall(this and the next one are tight for me so they are big for me) then I stretch the last on the door frame. It’s a pretty decent flow that hits the spots I need.

Also, shameless plug for yoga. That’s some true guided stretching.

"Becoming a Supple Leopard" you can probably find a torrent. If not, shoot me a dm and I can email you the .pdf.

Or be a good member of society and buy a copy.
