So I have thought about this before and now someone has done it. However, in my mind I imagined it to be done sideways on the rail (like a normal railslide). So someone really good at presses should try it

Mostly everyone does a version what you're talking about when they go for a frontside spin out. The front ski tip comes up and the back ski tip drops a bit.
