D-Spin vs. Cork

Bobby won the Big Air with the double d-spin right? Well.... What's so special about a double D-spin? What's the difference between a cork and d-spin?

a d spin is a cork that goes inverted. it's sort of an antiquated term and isnt used much at all anymore. it's sort of silly hair splitting too

They were calling it that because of the way he threw the trick, not how he actually looked in midiar. Ask Chris Hawks about it.

I've never heard that term, but typically D-spins look more like a backflip of sorts with a spin, where as corks are generally really noticeable off-axis spins.

d-spin: more arial, easier to kill yourself, looks uglier imo

cork: less arial, harder to kill yourself because you land on your side and it's more spinny than flippy, looks nicer
