Lets start with the honesty. Yes. They are golf clubs. It makes them extremely light and actually are pretty durable. The way the baskets are put on is pretty ghetto, but they stay on, and will not come off. (trust me i've tried to take them off)

If you don't mind me asking how'd you get the baskets on? And where did you buy them? Tryin to make some out of bamboo. Also what''d you do for the tips?

i put a bunch of duct tape on the pole, then slid the basket over it and pushed as hard as i could and they do not come off

Don't knock simplicity, it'll probably work a lot better than most baskets(in the way of coming off), although it'll be hard to make it look good. Where did you get the baskets/tips?

i usually just get some old poles from thrift stores and take the baskets off of those
