I used a ratchet strap that I bought at my local hardware store and cut the strap off of the ratchet. I also bought clips (the kind you would see on a back pack) and sewed one side of the strap to the clip. For the other side I put it through the clip and made sure to leave enough to hang down and on the part that hangs down I used a stencil that I made of the capeesh logo and the cloud and then painted it on. I know that was very confusing, sorry.

I used some acrylic paint I think it is and just used a paintbrush but for the white side I used a green sharpie
