I love the idea of the cults and thank you very much for putting it together for us, harvey.

Here's a few things that I noticed though:

1. If you look in the cult list, it's swarming and cluttered with alot of inactive cults. I liked your original idea on automatically weeding out inactive cults.

2. The number of users in a cult is off. When you boot a member it doesn't decrease the #. It stays the same.

3. Someone brought it up a little while ago about being able to mass message everyone inside of a cult. I thought this was a great idea. This way you can send out a notice to everyone in the cults without having to do it individually. Maybe just make the feature available to leaders in the cult?

^(3) or you could just post the message in the private cult forum. Thats why it there isn't it?

He wants to be able to send messages to everyone in the cult that way he can tell them to be active or they are going to get the boot.. If they are inactive anyway, they would never see the message in the private forum.. Good ideas!

well, booting inactive cults isnt the best of ideas as lots of cults go inactive for the summer then start back up over the winter

mmmm, yes. mabye you could have your 'favorite cults' list of like 2 or 3 cults, and in that little box it would show the newest 3 or 4 threads........ something like that would be cool.

Yeah it's kinda weird, the AussieAssult cult is pretty active but problem is now we have been using that instead of the regional forums, don't know if that's a good thing or not.

Hey, maybe if someone other than me mentions my 'let cult leaders message all members at the same time with a group message' idea, it'll be taken seriously. Cuz god knows all my ideas suck. I can at least feel good that Ghostdragon is the one mentionning it. His cult doesn't suck.

Freezy deletes all my posts because he doesn't like me, so I suggest you message him to make him stop.

i think it would be helpful if when you view your cult listings, next to how many members/posts are in the cult, it showed the date and time of the last post. this would eliminate wasting time checking for new posts in inactive cults.
 
yeah, I know. I bumped it up because there's been a few new threads lately bringing up the same issues
