I am applying for colleges this year and was curious what current student at CU had as their high school gpa and act/sat scores. I got a 3.6 right now and wondering how i stack up

a 3.6? you definitely wont get accepted then. dont even bother. you should go to community college.

3.9 and 1950. i know kids who had 3.0s though... they love us out of staters cuz they can rape with tuition

Can someone please gang up on this kid and hold him down so I can kick his ass? Erik, you're too damn smart and it's pissing me off. I blame my stupidity on the FL education system.

Do you really judge people by the way they ski?

Shallow.

But I was talking about my foot making an appointment with your ass as Red would say.

Ain't too tough to get in CU. There are better schools in CO to go to. I thought about it as a backup school, but realized for the price and quality I definitely wouldn't go there if my parents had to pay in state tuition. Schools in CA for a quarter of the price were far better, but with far less skiing. If you do decide to go, I would suggest moving there for a year and working to get instate.

I have heard it's hard to get in-state when moving though, you need emancipation, separate financials and other shit.

If money isn't really a problem, or if you have no qualms spending your parents', then go for it. But if you're actually smart or have aspirations in life, it doesn't seem worth it. It just seems like the perfect vehicle to mediocrity.

Yeah you can ski, but if you want to ski, then take some years off and ski and work at the mountain's town. You might not get the sluts and pure binge drinking, but it's kind of the same and can teach you some life lessons or just alcoholism and drug dependency if you are into that sort of thing.

You're good to go
All you need to worry about now is tuition. CU is the shit though, I definitely recommend going to school here
