Crowds at abasin

ive only been twice, once on opening day so it was packed, another on a day when noone was there but the snow was mediocre.

how is the line situation at abay, i will be there this weekend which is a pretty insanely busy weekend in colorado, so what should i expect at abasin?

there won't be any crowds at the basin until the spring. even with the main lots full the mountain will be empty. pali is almost always empty. supposed to snow the next couple days so it could be nice have fun.

Lines can vary. Normally the high speed lift at the base of the mountain can get pretty backed up on any given weekend.

Pallavicini lift (lookers right at the base) is usually pretty dead because it access the real steep stuff, and scares away any intermediate or beginners.

The back side in montezuma bowl depends on snow conditions. Rumor has it we could see some good snow Friday and Saturday so it will probably be pretty crowded!

Overall though, A-Basin lines are almost always smaller/shorter than Keystone or Breck!
