So as most of you know, the West Coast it getting hammered by a huge storm. Man, I am crossing my fingers that we get a lot of snow also here in Colorado, near Summit. Well shit, I hope everyone in Colorado can enjoy some of that POW.

PS CDOT.....DO NOT SHUT THE ROADS AGAIN AND MAKE IT TOUGH TO GET SOMEWHERE OVER NOTHING...I know a few local cops and they say that CDOT dropped the ball by closing 70 for that long.

I'm flying back this Saturday, to DIA and live in Vail. Just my luck, hopefully 70 will stay open, other wise I'm going to be screwed.

Maybe someone can help me. If they do end up closing the passes are there ways to get around so I'm not forced to spend the night in Denver?

I'm hoping for a huge dump Sunday, been staying with my parents in Michigan for the last two weeks, and I'm missing the mountains.

haha, dam seriously its funny how everyone depends on 70, but if it closes there are OTHER ways to get to vail, they're just a wee bit longer, but not much in all honesty, but if you wanna get there ya can.
 
I guess if you wanted to drive just an extra 40 minutes you can come down to the Springs then up 24. Never a problem on 24.
 
I'm crossing my fingers. Our paper said 1-4 feet. It also said only fools and rookies predict the snowfall, I always hope for a lot. What kind of prediction is 1-4 feet any way. So it could be 1 or four times that haha.
