Critiques

I picked out 2 that I really like but think could be a lot better with a bit of cropping.http://www.flickr.com/photos/35623364@N07/3766749824/i would maybe crop a bit off of the bottom so that about 1/3 is the plant + reflection, 1/3 is water, and 1/3 is sky. I like the subtle colors and the reflection on the water is nice! also, the horizon may be a tad off level, but its hard to tell for sure.http://www.flickr.com/photos/35623364@N07/3766748888/i would take some off of the top (just a bit) and some off of the bottom (a bit more than you take off of the top). i like the subtle colors (and that is the reason that the b&w doesnt work for me. the colors get lost in the conversion) and the moon/sun and people on the dock get you looking across the picture. nice work!

for some of the ski ones, try to always have the skiers face in the shot.
