Critiques Please?

Just finished an edit that i have been working on for the last few weeks(months).

Need some critiques on how to get better, things i should have/not done. things too over done.

also upload settings..... i know everybody goes way to hard on themselves on video quality, but the video quality from the FCP to the video file to the vimeo link is just completely different. How do the colours look? Good Flow?

This isn't a very big deal, but the like 1 cm bars on top and bottom got kinda annoying. Other than that sick edit man! Keep it up!
 
Good colors, nice shots, dope flow. Just get a little more "showcasing" shots of the tricks, and cut it to just bangers. It was all good but just kinda got sidetracked a bit and didn't keep my attention
 
i kinda got lost making this, i ran out of ideas and just fucked around on things..... for good or for worse, i learnt things from this
 
I thought the edit was good.

Some things I would work out would be try to keep your tripod shots a little more steady. The glidecam ones werent to bad, but some of the tripod ones were bad. Maybe because you were shooting long on an unstable tripod? I have no idea.

Colors werent bad. Im not really the person to critique on CC though..

 
tripod shots weren't performed well, i was mad about that, i guess i didn't have the panning knob released well enough so it kinda got sticky....
