Critique some of my Raw video

This video is right off the compact flash. It is a couple different days of shooting and it is not looking so good, i think the problems are overexposure, wrong iso and aperture. correct me if I'm wrong but any advise on making it look better will be GREATLY appreciated

first and third shot were completely out of focus and on the 4th it looks like your shutter speed is way too low. the 2nd shot seemed fine.

So for the first and 3rd shot would a higher aperture help the focus? and is it just me or is the quality of the video bad when you watch it full screen?

What did you film this with?

Why is the tripod shaking in every shot, when there is no panning or tilting?

nikon d300s and in the 3rd and 4th shot i did not have a tripod and in the 1st and second shot my friend was trying to pan with the camera but i had a pretty bad tripod so it didn't work. i know have a manfratto tripod so they will be a lot more stable in the future! Besides shakiness and focus how do you think it looks?

Turn down your sharpness in the picture style settings. Maybe to like -2.

Other than that, leave everything, as long as you're shooting in super odd lighting, Nikons color settings are right on.

What lenses do you have?

and are you saying shoot everything like in the above videos or on auto and programmed settings? and what what is super odd lighting are you talking night with the halogen lights srry for the double post too.
