CRITIQUE MY SOUND DESIGN

Made this for a film class assignment, the project was to add sound to a montage we made. All the sound effects are fake and added by me, let me know what you think of the sound design and editing overall. I know the skiing is bad but other than that tear me apart.

Water droplets were so unlegit. Noticed it straight away. If your after that then cool, but I felt you like you weren't.

Also, where did you find the sliding on rails sfx? I'm always looking for rail sounds
 
The rails sounded like ceramic, but they sort of worked for this. I'm not one to judge rail sounds though.

Take a microphone and go foley for the SFX. It shouldn't take to long to get a few sliding rail sounds if you foley it yourself.
 
yeah the water droplets sounded like the clocking sort of sound you make with your tongue and the roof of your mouth?

not sure what the parameters were but could you not have gone to the mountain and recorded foley?

also what was your mark on this?
 
Not bad, What you should do is take a stero mic and record some of those sounds while they are happening and then you can use them later
