So.. I had to make a minute long commercial for one of my classes. Let me know what you think. good and bad. constructive criticism wanted. shot and edited by me. Oh yeah, this was my first time using Final Cut Pro so I didn't really know what I was doing and had to learn where everything was. It was frustrating because I wanted to do more with the edit with things I know how to do in Vegas, but I couldn't figure them out in FCP.. I have Vegas on my computer, but for class I need to use FCP.

please! I want to get better at filming/editing so tell me what's not working or what you don't like.
 
im not much of a filmer/editor but i must say that was really well done! i cant think of anyway to change it to make it any better.. Good job dude!
 
Really good continuity. all the shots flowed into each other and didn't stray from the story. good variety of shots and nice cuts. the longboarding wasn't mind blowing by any means but it was very well put-together.
 
Pretty sick stuff! Good cuts, nice flow. Only thing I didn't like was the blurry vig in every shot, maybe cut back on that. But overall good job!
