Creative transitions in edits.

Hey there guys, curious what types of transitions are you using lately in your edits? I enjoy making invisible cuts and jump cuts with some film dissolve and additive but have started to get bored with these. I prefer to keep effects to a minimum and let the shots shine. But what are some things you been doing lately to spice up your footage?
