yo so ive been lookin around the searchbar and i could nt find a thread on creative camera shots

so u dont need to tell all ur secrets but to help those up and coming filmers... share your ideas on some creative shots that will add to your videos.. no matter what shot it is specify how to do it and wat is need - dolly w tripod/crane/lift/monopod whatever it is share your thoughts.

im sure everyone will appreciate a little sharing goin on
 
hmm, creative shots are usually specific to your surroundings, you cant really tell people how to do them, or else they get played. Like skate videos, sooo many shots they do the thing where you zoom in straight to the ground after every shot.

come up with your own creative ideas.
 
Getting unique shots comes from being comfortable behind the lens, and that comes with experience. Get out there and shoot, shoot, shoot. All the damn time until you're nearly sick of it. Burn up atleast 5 tapes. When I get a new camera i usually go to a little league field, or a play ground or something, and make a "represent a space" piece. Just unique shots that show where you are in an interesting fashion. The more you shoot, the more you begin to see things as they'll look through the lens, and you'll become more creative.

Look at something, and find the place you think no one else would think to put the camera, and give it a shot.
 
This isn't a hate, just another way for you to look at it: If you're using "creative shots" that you got from other people, then how creative are they?
 
its all you buddy.
just use your imagination and do what you think will look cool and unique.
Filming is a form of art, no one can tell you how to do it.
Youll get it.
