Creaky Knees

So I came off my mountain bike a few months ago and broke my wrist and grazed up my knees (mostly my left), a couple weeks later I noticed that my knees (predominantly left) are creaking/grinding whenever I squat under anything from a moderate to heavy load, creaking is probably the best word I can describe it with and I can feel it creaking but I get no pain from it at all. Anyone else had this? Will it eventually stop or is it worth seeing physio about? Cheers

As long as it doesnt hurt I would say you should be okay but Im no doctor.

Could just be a phase for a time and it eventually may go away. Are you still growing by chance? I know when I was younger I recall my knees creaking a little bit but it went away as I grew taller.

Nah I’ve definitely stopped growing, I did have a google and it sounds like nothing to be concerned about so I’m gonna let it be for now and see how it goes

Dr. Newschoolers here!

If you aren't like 99% of the American users here and actually have health insurance or live in a developed country why not go have it looked at? Otherwise use webmd, google, or newschoolers to diagnose, take some ibuprofen, and don't worry about it!

when I walk both my ankles snap and pop constantly but the doctor says is normal. I think it was becasue my joint isnt perfectly smooth, might be kinda the same thing.

You could have loose bits or cartilage in your knee. My dad had that with his shoulder (nothing torn) and got them surgically removed. Helped him a lot. If it is the case, the longer you wait the worse it will get.

I'm not a doctor so I have no idea what I'm talking about with this stuff, just sharing second hand experience.

I had this with a Knee injury in the end of 2018. slammed my knee cap into a metal stall bar. the greaking was uncomfortable but not necessarily painful. but it lasted for a year+, but it all stopped once i started fasting weekly. fasting is really powerful stuff dude. it allows your body to only focus on healing. nothing else.

so what i suggest, what i always suggest. fruit based raw diet, with herbal meds, with weekly dry fasting of 24hrs+

Youtube Dr. Robert Morse, Dr. Sebi, and John Rose. They're the gods of Healing.
