Crazy Stories

One day up on the mountain I was snowboarding (back when I was autistic) with my 13 dollar Burton LTR snowboard from a thrift shop. The back binding was kinda loose and jiggly but I wasn't worried about it because I couldn't notice a difference. anyways, I hit the first flat rail at the top of the entire run, and I crashed and the snowboard binding just fell off (this was at the top of Sierra at Tahoe). I had to ride down the whole mountain, binding in hand, looking like a jerry the whole time. The only fun thing was I got to do some bonelesses (for all you skateboarders) on side hits.

any good stories about skiing or anything?

I had just moved up from general team to the big mountain team, and second run on the first day I hit a 4 foot cliff caught an edge and broke my wrist.

Released a ski from the lift and it landed right in front of a guy who then crashed into it when I was a lil kid

Somehow managed to cut my knee open on a doublekink rail the day before new years eve. Shit was kinda gnarly, needed to get a surgery cuz the doctors had to remove something from under the skin because of infection and i got 13 stitches. Funny thing is, my ski pants didnt get cut, so to this day i have no idea how it actually happened lol. But it wasnt all that bad, got to shred some pow a day or two after the surgery cuz the knee joint was ok?
