Good news: The puppy-tossing teenager whose abhorrent antics were captured on film and uploaded to the Internet has been backtraced by Bosnian authorities. Better News: Five of the six puppies thrown into the Vrbas riverwere rescued by Grandma Rose Pavlović and are now up for adoption.
