Here is the story:

I was skiing with my friends in the park today when we saw a 40-50 year old man with his kid standing in the landing of the jump. They stood there tryin to get their skis on. They where standing there more then 1 min.

We screamed that they should move because the 1st rule is not to take their little kids who has nothing to there in the park. And when they bail the must move away from the landing. He just stared at us and ignored us. So i skiied down and sprayed him with snow and said : Get away from the landing.

He yelled at me but i skiied away. The suddenly he comes after me, and after a little chase he takes me again. I didn`t have a chance becuase he had awzome race skiz.

When i stop he hit me in my head with his pole. I said : Wtf are you doing? It was not possible to have a conversation with him. He was soooo pissed. So we stood there screaming and yelling at each other.He hit me 2 times in my eye and 3 times in other parts of my face. A 40-50 year old man is hitting a 14 year old boy. He must be soo proud! He hit me hard to. Around my eye its swollen, twice as big as usual.

He was talking about that his kid broke his foot and that is why the were in the jump. But the kid stood there and were trying to take on his skis and after that he skied down the park. So clearly he havent broke anything. It was just the ugly man`s excuse. It was immpossible to talk to him beacuse eveytime i opened my mouth he Hit me or yelled at me. I said sorry and tried to not laugh.

So i got away from him and i just laughed. I thought it was soo funny. Hahah.

Long story short: Crazy old man hit me hard because i sprayed him and his kid with snow.

the kid is 14 so hes probably scared of a fully grown dude, you should have kicked him in the nuts with your ski boot or something at least, but its fucked up that an old guy was hitting you in the face which is why you should have kicked him in the nuts
 
i can understand being annoyed at this situation but yea, as previously said, that was a huge dickhead move spraying them with snow, you catch more flies with honey dude, its much easier to get a possetive reaction from someone by politely making them aware of the dangers of chilling on the landing of a jump. and kindly ask them to move. by spraying snow at them and being a rude little punk u definitely deserve what you got.
 
wow, really?? so young, so ignorant...how do you know they heard what you yelled? why assume.? why not just NOT be childish and ask them to move kindly?
 
Dude you have no idea how it is on my mountian! Our biggest problem is kids and parents who is riding trough the park. When we are about to hit a rail suddenly a grown man with his kid cut us off and jumps otuside the rail. It the same with the jumps. It so dangerous.

And of course we tell them that about the risks of wha they are doing. They just look stupid at us and do the same thing all day, every weekend.

So we have no respect for them, We told them that they can get hurt but they dont care. They do the same thing. So we have to do other thing to get them away from the park so no one gets hurt. It have been alot of almost accident`s on my mountian and we are sick of it!
 
Dude your a douche. Imagine your with your son and he really wants to go in the park. What are you gonna say no because you dont want to be yelled at by little 14 year old fuckers who dont know shit. You said he was their for 1 minute. So wait then , just because you have twin tips doesnt mean your the king of the mountain. Anyone can ride wherever the fuck they please. Get off your high horse and go suck your thumb while tending to your stupid swollen face. Its the first of many.
 
dude you just gotta chill when little kids do that in the park. Sure, I get pissed when they roll off the sides of jumps and shit, and stand in the landing, but you could've approached the situation a little more maturely.

also sounds like this is made up because if he actually hit you as hard as you say you would be suing him for child abuse and assault...
 
on your mountain? its the same as every ski area in the world, people get snaked everywhere and thats why you chill out, and when its clear u hit it. if its not, find something else. you just need to chill out dude. don't be such a little punk.

who cares if he sprayed him? I spray people all the time, just cus it's fun... We all do. This dude was standing in the landing helping his daughter putting her skis on. And it was not like she was hurt or anything. Just giving a fuck about leaving people hanging for minutes they in stead of moving away from the landing and doing it, they just chilled in the landing. If you are a sprayer, you would spray a person for doing that. No big deal.

Here's what's fucked up:

A man in his late 40's on a vacation with her daughter, knocking a 14 year old boy in his face 5 times and hitting him in the head with his poles... For what? Getting sprayed on and getting cold? No matter what a 14 year old boy does to you, you would be an asshole if you did something back! Everybody knows how 14 year olds act.

I'm also thinking about the father who's supposed to be a role model for his daughter... Seriously, if you bitch on this boy for spraying on a dude YOU are a fucking retard!

It's not made up... This is in norway, we don't sue people the same way you do in the US. BUt IF we knew his name i'd be arrested and he would be doing time for sure.
 
i agree that someone in their late 40s shouldn't be beating on a child ( don't know if thats really true), but spraying snow on someone thats trying to get their skis back on is just a d-bag move.

and no, we don't all spray people like you. most of us have a sense respect for others, and don't behave like complete assholes

You sound like a little shithead, even if he was in the landing you should still be courteous and nice. Dont give park skiiers a bad name. What if his daughter actually had hurt herself?

trying to get their skis back on in the landing when we could be doing it ANYWHERE else... seriously, fucking anywhere else! I do admit spraying him wasn't the smartest move but it's like... Who cares!!! It's what 14 year olds do...

14 year old vs 40 year old the kid was smart to not hit him back he should have ran straight to ski patrol and had the guy arrested though.
 
i never said what the old dude was right im just saying he kinda deserves it. some people are stupid and don't really think about getting off the landing of a jump, this doesn't mean spray snow on him and his kid. why not just ski their way and just ask them to move to the side?

ok sigg whatever your face is, you need to chill out. no one was saying the old dude was right to smack this punk, but the kid is definitely not in the right spraying this dude.its a thing call respect your elders. you just do it, dont ask questions why, u just do. even if there being completely retarded..him hitting the kid definitely was not justified in any way.but if the point of him spraying some old guy and his kid to get them off the landing and to "give them the message" clearly anyone with any type of working brain cells would know, hey this probably isn't going to work.

Thank you. To the OP, the fact that you thought it was OK to go spray a dad and his kid because you had to wait a minute and a half says a lot about your character. I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt cus you are only 14 and still have time to grow up but you are in need of a serious attitude adjustment my friend. You are correct that it wasn't alright for the dad to hit you (although I don't believe you for one second when you say he hit you in the face).
 
ahah sue his ass. :) haha jk, you shoulda just waited for 2 mins, its not like you had to wait for a long time. Imagine if someone was hurt you woulda had to wait a lot longer. And be gratefull you even have jumps, in your park.
 
You dont understand. When i say little kids i mean 4-5 year olds who can barely ski. We have sloped for the kids where they can learn how to ski. Not in the park. And when kids are tryin to learn to ski park we help them and give them advices. Dont call me a douch to kids who wanna learn to ski park.

Its a difference between them and parents who take their 4-5 year old kids in the park.

And yeah, he hit me in the face. My eye has swollen up. 2 friends of mine saw the whole ting.
 
If some cocksucker little kid sprayed me on the hill I would put him on his ass, fuck that. So many kids these days have MAJOR respect issues.
 
It's good to bring kids to the parks and let them get inspired...

it's not about taking kids to the park or not, it's about how you take them.
 
I know 4-6 year olds better then you guarantee it, you also prob ski on a little hill or a park that isnt huge, so you prob dont get as much traffic of gaypers liek bigger mtns. Deal with it, wait and show them 14 yr olds arent always stupid punks. Punching you in the face is not cool though, thats is messed up, but spraying people is not cool either. Was it worth it to you to not wait a minute, then get shown up, punched, and prob embarrassed?

A 40-50 year old guy shouldn't be hitting a 14 year old. That's expected from a 14 year old, being an adult and hitting a kid that sprays you is immature.

anyhow yah He sprayed him but who cares. Also I do think that the kid did not get hurt.

At my place Little kids know who is boss and look up to us. We don't yell and make them cry and stuff we say something polite and then go on for the day.

What really grind my gears is that when there is really rich kids who have like really nice stuff and are snobs. And their parents are asses.

Anyway just take it report the dude and see what happens.
 
ive read some these posts and you guys are defending this man for assaulting a 14 year old in front of his own son. I cant even comprehend how some of you dont see that as completely wrong regardless of what this 14 year old did.
 
I understood that you meant 4 to 5 year olds. So what if they take their kids through the park? As you showed, they are having more fun than you are. You are getting worked up because some kid fell and you had to wait a minute and a half. In the grand scheme of things how inconsequential is one minute? It means nothing. So chill out. You straight up ruined the day for a kid and father who were just trying to have a good time because your selfish punk ass couldn't wait a minute and a half.
Let's put it like this: If you came up and sprayed me, I don't care what the reason is, I would chase you down. Therefore I am not surprised that some dad punched you because you totally deserved it.
If you would have politely skied down to the dad and let him know what he should be doing, in a non-confrontational manner, it would not only have been a more effective way of conveying your frustration, but you also wouldn't have looked like a completely immature dick. You'd be surprised how well people respond to a request when it isn't screamed at them.
