CR Tall Tee Day

How the fuck is doing something that C.R. never did a fitting way to pay respects to him? One of the most retarded ideas i've ever heard. Go skiing, have fun with your friends and throw down - that is a fitting way to commemorate his life, not wearing a fucking dress.

Holy fuck all this hate. I don't wear tall tees to be "thug". I just like how they look. Is saga really "thug"? Most thugs don't even wear tall tees. they wear timberland boots, baggy jeans, and whatever. They don't give a fuck. This is in no way trying to be thug. I'm just trying to be respectful and make it visible that I'm remembering a skiing legend. Fuck you guys he changed the game completely. I don't think he would be overly insulted or think it's disrespectful. Just grow the fuck up. Seriously.

i know. its ok. tall tees kinda stopped being cool this year. everyone wore them last year and before, but then people started to make fun of them (i think it was all the tammy walnuts jokes that did it and it stopped being cool to be thug and shit) and then no one wanted to wear them because they were afraid of getting made fun of. (just like how everyone went ape shit over jiberish and then everyone started to make fun of everyone for being ape shit over jiberish and suddenly to own jiberish became uncool.. ex zomg jibbbberish?!?!? i'll go steal my moms credit card) bottom line, this year they are not cool anymore.. apparently. and everyone just hops on the bandwagon of whats cool (or trendwhore because everyone loves that word) i am still going to wear a tall tee on thursday and when people ask me why, i'll tell them its for cr. just my 2 cents on the matter, and i'm still wearing tall shit because bdog still wears it and he is my fucking idol. end rant.

Yes, I do see a lot of thugs in Alberta. I live in Calgary. Not some town with a population of 500 hundred people. Calgary has roughly 1.5 million. There are hoods here. Same with Edmonton. So you are an idiot.

Haha I get what you mean. it's like thinking of hoodrats that live in china but still. You can't judge people you don't know shit about.

You're talking to me? Just because I'm 15 I'm automatically an ignorant little kid? Really? Dude think what you want. But it never hurt to be open minded.

If your under 20(probably more like 25) your basically an ignorant fucking little kid.

You don't know shit about anything, especially life(because you haven't experienced it yet), even though you think you have some sort of special gift that grants you insight into everything.

That's not meant to be taken in a condescending manner either, I'm only 17. But anyways the idea of a day to honor someone by doing something that they themselves would never do is pretty stupid. How about you honor him every time you go skiing by having fun with buddies and enjoying life for what it is. Much more respectful than wearing a fucking dress.

Hey now everybody stop hating. the op is just trying to do something to remember CR, and that is totally respectable and honoroable. wether that is wearing a tall tee or dressing rasta or just taking a minute that day to remember what CR did for everyone thats up to him. if you dont want to wear a tall tee then fine, dont, but dont hate on this guy for trying to do a decent thing. end rant

When ever I read your comments, your icon looks like a wakeboarder doing a Hoochie-Glide, then I focus on your icon and it goes away. Back to your words it comes back.

I dunno.

"You don't know shit about anything, especially life(because you haven't experienced it yet), even though you think you have some sort of special gift that grants you insight into everything." - wow haha, irony at its finest there ladies and gentlemen.

and who the fuck are you to judge the way people pay their respects? thats also directed at any other retard in this thread whos voiced a negative opinion. to be honest its more disrespectful to bicker about this than it would be to 'dress up thug'.

i think the main point of this is to do something that you think commemorates CR suitably. look at the bigger picture. wear a tall tee, wear rasta colours, ski all day...whatever, its all the same. its doing something in his honour, and that's what counts.

p.s. Awesome idea OP, im in.

Just because I'm 15 I'm automatically an ignorant little kid?Just because I'm 15 I'm 15

your argument it invalid.

Lol @ the people saying tall tees arent "hip" anymore and shit.. Yet, everyone still wears them on the mountain. Dont be a goddamn trendwhore people.

I guess my only comment is...don't most of you that own tall tees wear them every time you go skiing anyway? Maybe make stickers for your helmets or specific tees just for CR so people will ask you about it and you can explain why it's so important.

One of the rare posts where I actually agree with you. I guarantee that when he was 15 and probably most of you, you weren't fucking geniuses either. Neither am I but shit, man. Brunge sounds more ignorant than "most of us kids under 20" are. Let us honour someone the way we want to whether its dressing up in a oversized t-shirt or ripping some pow lines for him. Its all in love and respect for the guy. He did somehow make a slight impact on your side of life that invloves skiing.

do what you want to respect. I personally think that simply clicking into my skis is respecting those before me. Keep doing what they did. So long as you ski, you respect.

Boom well fucking put man.

On another note, I still have goggles with a yellow strip of tape on the side... crazy man. RIP

you fail to see my point

i was 15 like a year or two ago and what im saying is i realize and accept that young kids really dont know shit even though they think they are on top of the world
