agreed, but when ya look at da big picture, tanner,jon,and peters runs were all sicker then cr's so the best finish for him was 4th

Is it just me, or should tanner have gotten 2nd or 3rd?

I thought Olenick shoulda won; his run was smoother than Tanner, I thought he had it for sure and he went much bigger than tanner on the last jump. Tanner just did a 7.

I thought Jon Olson's run was very very close too. But I def think Olenick got robbed hardcore, he shoulda had it all.

bigrich- go to www.expn.com and look for the expn raw link, they have streaming video of all the comps I've watched the prelim runs, didn't want to watch finals yet cause it might be on TV tonight... but its not looking liek it

peter should have placed better he took a different line than everyone else, i thought his stuff was good. nad i don't think tanner deserved first

 
tanner has the advantage going into it because the judges give him the benefit of the doubt. its kind of like after awhile tonyhawk just won no matter what.

 
It was all Olenick and Jon, Jon had that sick switch 1080 off the money booter, if on hadnt have kinda backseated the first 900 he would have easily won!

tanner did a NOSE PRESS on the stairilizer. that sealed the victory. plus, he did a different grab with every trick. he showed his steez on the first rail and tech with the 450 on and NOSE PRESS (so sick, watch it again). I liked his switch 7 off the money booter... he didn't want to suck by hucking, and everything was mad clean and fast.

the judging was the best that i've seen in a while. olenick was sick, and it's too bad there was only a bronze left for Jon...

i agree, the judging was right on. i mean, 30 foot gap to nosepress? are you kidding me? tanner clearly deserved to win again. he was smooth and stomped everything harder than everybody, including jon. jon didn't hit that crazy stair rail and he sketched on his switch 9. it's cool that he can spin mad crazy quick, but tanner rocked the style and variety of grabs, tricks, and had the toughest line choice. so call it a day.

You mean, thirty foot gap to miscalculation, coming up short and leaning off one side to the rail? pretty weak 'nosepress' if you ask me.

And CR doesn't even fucking grab his skis. No points whatsoever. Look and tell me if he even touches his binding. Now Henrik's switch 7 mute- that was a fucking GRAB.

 
you don't know if he didn't mean to nosepress, even so, it doesn't really matter. If one of them was trying to through a switch 7 and through a switch 9, are the judges going to disqualify that trick because there is a chance that perhaps he didn't mean to? no

The X-Games judges obviously suck ass, because CR's run was much more creative than the others. Plus, Tanner's run was sick, but he didnt deserve that good of a score. He just got it because everyone knows who he is. Jon Olsson should have won the comp, with CR 2nd and Tanner 3rd. The X-Games are bullshit, and I hate them...

Apparently throwing snowballs at moving vehicles is a felony and can land you in prison for a year. Who knew?
 
Yeah teh x-Games are becoming a joke I cunt wait for the USFO so it's a real contest where the best skier wins and they don't deduct somany daum points for dragging your hands!
