Corrugated Tubes

I just dislike corrugated tubes very very much. They cause me pain. Copper’s metal one almost killed me today, couldn’t tell it was corrugated. They seem like an awful idea for a feature overall.

Anyone else dislike particular features ?

They are fun to 50-50 and the smaller diameter plastic ones slide pretty well imo. Just have to be a little more cautious.

Flat bar features fucking suck. Whether it’s just a flat rail or involves kinks, they just blow. Not so bad if they’re real skinny, but otherwise you can’t really do much on them. So hard to grip for swaps.

There so fun to hike in the spring thooooo. And mess around on them like 5050s and Taps. Plus ollies on from the side are east cause there always dug in.

What?? Imo they're really easy to grip for swaps. Learned so many tricks on a corrugated tube I found in the woods

Corrugated tubes are no issue for me. I just sail over it and tap it or I pretend I didn't see it til I'm downhill of it. Boom next problem

I really hate those boxes that are so wide but not trying to be a dance floor or anything. I'm talking about those shitty in between sized boxes.

This post was brought to you by fat tube gang

I just made a post a couple weeks ago about how corrugated tubes are my favorite rail feature. They are great if you aren't good at slides because you can lean back a tiny bit and you won't slip out. The plastic ones are soft to fall on, the metal ones make a great sound and feel fun under your feet. They are way easier to grip than normal tubes, I wish there were more of them.

have 0 understanding for why they're a feature. basically says, "hey tap this, air over it, or get effin decked and ride down the mountain in an ambulance"

Going to strongly disagree here. Just hit a grime tube

Woah no way corrugated tubes are sick! I used to be scared of them cause I thought Id catch an edge but then I tried it and *BRRRRRPRPRR* I fell in love.

Somewhat sketchy, but once you figure them out they're super fun. It's like a free foot massage!

Wood rails are my least favorite. They seem like they would be so fun then your edge digs into the wood and you go flying

plastic/pvc ones arent bad, but what is the point of a metal one, thats just asking to break your edges
