Correct ski length +k

Just bought a pair of Atomic Punx in 173cm.I am 5 10 and 160lbs, just wondering whether I should have gone 182cm?

They seem good, but when Im watching edits I see guys rocking huge skis for their height, like above head height skis, whereas these come to just above my eyebrows.

+ K for any good opinions, done a whole lot of searching on this one but would appreciate a little personal advise.

To be honest, it's all personal preference.

In my opinion I would've gone with the 182, which would be around your height. The ski is super light and soft, so the extra length really provides more stability

I'm kind've contradicting my first sentence haha. If you have the chance to switch sizes, I would definitely go ahead.

If not, it's no big deal, the 173s will be a little more easy to handle.
 
I would say those are good for you in my opinion but it is all personal preference obviously shorter skis are easier to throw around and longer skis are more stable so it really comes down to what you prefer
 
i'm 5' 4 and 140 and i ride the punx in 173. Though they are super light and flexy, a bigger size for you would be better. but weight wise the 173 are good for you.
