Corks on tramps

Aight guys, sorry if this is a repost but I couldn't find any tips on how to cork on trampolines. I have done a bunch of flippy corks but I can't do them consistently. I always do two in a row then end up throwing bio/ underflip or some other trick. I was just wondering if you guys had any tips on what to think about when doing corks so I don't really just throw it and hope it comes around. Also I can backflip, frontflip, bio, misty, licoln and underflip on tramp so if there are any similarities between these and corks I would appreciate it if you let me know what they are.
Thanks

You just kinda lean towards your ankle when you throw it. Basically look at your heel when you set the rotation and you should be able to get it.

If you find you're doing em with too much flip try breaking it down like this. Pop, set just a normal 7, and consciously think of going cork (dipping left shoulder to left ankle when spinning left) AFTER you've started spinning. What's might be happening with your current attempts is you're thinking of going off axis too much too early and it throws you straight into a flipy thing. Hope that helps.
Oh also another way to learn them easy on the tramp is too practice 360s to your back. That's literally half a cork 7.

Alright I'll try that next time I have access to a tramp, thanks for the help and any more help will be appreciated.

i learned em kinda on accident, i was just messin around and i threw like a 3 with a true nose mute bringin my feet up in front of me all tweaked out and it turned into a solid cork 5, idk if that makes any sense ha

The way I learned them was to first trying to do 360 and land flat on my back on a trampoline, so that you get the cork motion. Once you have that down, cause that is how will set the cork spin harder and take it to 7 and it naturally bring it to your feet.

Thanks for all the tips guys, but just so you know what I'm asking; I know how to do cork, the problem is I can't do them consistently (I can't land enough in a row to really get the throw down.) I'm wondering what you guys think of doing when going cork.
For example when I bio I think of doing a 540, reaching for mute and rolling onto my back. Underflip I think of liconl and look for landing backwards.
Hope this clears things up a bit, I know all the progressions I just need help with figuring out what to do. (think spin more than flip? think dropping one shoulder more than putting the opposite shoulder up? Bring my feet up to chest or heels to back?)

once you know how to throw the rotation its all about practice, just replicate the motion over and over, if you are doing cork 7 you should be able to spot easily also, and spotting helps
