I used searchbar and nothing came up, but i just got a tramp nd theres some stuff i wanna learn and bring it into skiing i got all the basics, misty 5, bio 5, backflip, frontflip, lincoln etc....

However i cant cork spins, anyone got any advice? thanks for the help! ++++++++++++K

start with a wide ish stance, arms prepped, in a ready position
when you bounce, bounce hard, and DONT spin RIGHT away, if you kill your bounce and spin to early, it makes it harder because you wont go as high
spring off the bed and do whats called a half airplane, if you know waht that is ( a 180 in the air to your stomach) you want to get that positioning early on
try to not flip to hard BACK or vertically, because it will turn into d spin
you should end up just about to hit your apex (peak) of your jump and be almost supermaning in the air, so on your stomach, in the air
then all you do is tuck inand wrap
and then feel yourself roll over in the air
and then you should be able to pull your feet under you and land straight
thats cork 7
its not terribly difficult, but youll probably land on your side a billion times before you can get it solidjust keep trying
hope that helped

take your right arm and touch you knee. that will drop your shoulder. then look at the sky, that will bring your other shoulder around. after that try and knee yourself in the head (no joke) and that will give you the rotation

practice spinning 7s and such then throw a low safety grab into it, get all comfortable, then what i find helpful is do a 360 to ass drop, get that spinning off axis all comfortablethen just combine then, do a 360 to butt in the air but keep going and you will come around it make take a few tries
