Ok, so whenever i try a coork 7, on a tramp, i always go inverted, but then don't come back upright. I land on my side and i don't know what i'm doing wrong help?
start to 180 and lay yourself out then when you spot the ground (you should be around horizontal) tuck the spin in really hard. it should just come around
just kinda trial and error. You might not be gettin your head around? A video would really help bro. But keep going for it. Im in the same boat on my right side corks for some reason. I think once you get it right and find the balence between spin and flip its real easy and ur body memorizes what to do
you're probably focusing too much on the flip and doing like a frontflip 360. Think more about spinning and SLIGHTLY dropping the shoulder, but forcefully, rather than dropping it down low forcefully. Dont do it weakly, just at a more shallow angle to the ground
lol if you do a 7 like you said you will land on your back.you gotta tuck to get axed back. if you just send the spin you wont get axed back(if you do its because you send a dspin)
not at all. this is how i learned it, works great. sends you into a like horizontal cork if that makes sense (really corked) but you can easily adjust once you get em down
try this. i've been doing corks for awhile but this was what helped me learn.
If you spin left:
First work on spinning the upright 720, after you get that go for the cork. When you set for the spin act as though you are trying to grab the back of your right ankle with your left hand. This will slightly overaggerate the cork and could send you into more of a dspin. If it does this then act as though you are trying to grab your upper right calf with your left hand and it should straighten the spin out a bit. When you set be sure to send your head backwards and actually look with your head at the back of your right leg.
The thing i see most when people are struggling with corks is that they tend to tuck their head rather than letting it go with the rotation, causing them to go misty/bio. Just loosen up and let your body come around in the way you set it. Good luck!
I learned as if you are giving someone a nice hook to the face and follow throw with that swing and spin which should set you at a nice off axis rotation.
