Cork 3s and Lincolns on a Tramp

I'm really struggling with cork 3s, I can cork 7 but not really where to even start throwing my body for a cork 3, any advice? Aside from that I'm having difficulty with Lincolns (Side flips), no matter how I try and throw it my shoulder drops me into a misty. Thanks for the help

For a lincoln, pick a spot directly in front of you (on the horizon) when you're on the trampoline... Start bouncing with one arm raised to the side. When you're ready, through that arm down to your side, tilt your head in the same direction and reach for a safety with your other arm, all whist staring at that same spot in front of you. Try not to look for your landing until you've gone all the way round... actually, best not to look for your landing at all!

This is how i learnt them anyway! Still trying to get the hang of a cork 3 though...

It took me a hell of a long time to get the cork 3 but I got a pretty nice one right now. It's on the right axis 50% of the time. But I set cork without the spin. Just dip the shoulder and look back at the ground- keep looking at the ground too. I got a couple vids on my insta with cork 3s in them. Good luck, they're a pain in the ass.

Learned Cork 3 from a guy at this camp I went to. It's deceiving because you do not set it inverted. You set it like a normal 360, but when you leave the ground, put your feet out in front of you like you're throwing them onto a wall at the first 90 of the rotation. Then just let it float around and don't panic and try to leave the position too early, because it feels awkward, but it's how you do it. Also spread your feet to make this easier.

How I learned to cork 3 was to start by making sure you have plenty of bounce. Obviously I think you do considering you can cork sev. About half way to the peak of your bounce bring the leg on your unnatural spinning side up with its knee towards your chest. Extend the other leg and reach for that foot. YOUR LEGS WILL BE WHAT HELP SET YOU OFF AXIS AND UNCORK YOU! It does take a while to get used to but that is what helped me! Hope it works!!!

You probably have the cork 3 by now, but if not I have a bit of advice. just like others said DO NOT try to set like a flip. it is closer to a 3 than any flip. jump high and start spinning a slow 3. grab your outside foot and try to lift it to the sky. This will probably bring you off axis. watch a vid of me doing a few cork 3s and a cork 7 to understand what i mean

Bro I'm totally about to go follow you.

I'm not sure if this has been said above, but Try and touch your ear to your shoulder and you can throw your arm down and grab your knees if it helps. And yeah, like everyone says, make sure you stare at one point, becaise it'll stop you from spinning while doing it

biggest tip: keep your stomach facing the tramp the entire trick.

2nd biggest tip: spread those legs like your a teenage girl
