i already posted this in site discussion but its dead in there

so im trying to upload this picture into the jumos section

when i upload it and i go to view it, it shows up as a question mark in my section. if this image is copyrighted does that mean that i cant upload it. or am i doing something wrong with the adress?

that website wont let you take your picture off of their page, the address you need ends in a .jpg and you can not get that
