Closing day, April 14th, bring your finest snowblades, sunglasses and one pieces. There will be a filmer there and an edit made, so throw down your best backflips and side jumps on the rails, also there will be massive trains on the bigs. I know this should be in regionals but they are dead so fuck it.
 
none at all, we accept snowboarders too! actually I got some of my boarder friends to invite all their bros.
 
Funny story on this topic. Went to Louise on the 1st last year all dressed up in my best gaper gear, all ready for a great day of shenanigans. Turns out I was the only one who got the memo.

Got weird looks for the rest of the day.

There is gaper day and closing day, most resorts have both? silly canadians lol but really, its usually a toss up which day is more rowdy at pc, gaper day or closing day. The new "annual occupy the pipe party" day might give both a run for their money.
 
Anybody notice the FD wear guy who got owned in that fight over rich daddies and snowballs? I'm pretty sure I saw the Saga guy who got butthurt as well when FD wear guy said his dad only earned 500,000 a year.

Yeah, there are usually both, but for some reason, both of them are on the same day at COP, and usually pretty rowdy! What day is occupy the pipe day at PC?

 
Calgarians arent organized enough to have a gaper day that isn't closing day.

Anyway stoked for closing cop ill be rocking the one piece any probably some snowblades!!!

me too man, me too. Weather will be kinda bad but the set up is pretty fun, so everyone should be able to make the best of it.
 
It was really lousy and the setup was deteriorating. Filming wasn't worth it :( We might try to make one at a different mountain later though.
 
Knew it was going to be horrible considering how icy it was yesterday mixed with today's snowfall, oh well maybe next year it'll be sunny and warm out for COP's closing day!
