well since im doing th nakiska updates here goes my first one:
here is a list of what sounds like will be all the stuff in nakiskas 2 parks, elbow being the main park and homsteader being the beginer/intermediate park, it sounds like they got alot of new boxes and rails, i just hope the jump in the elbow park are bigger than what is written down!
Elbow Park
Features
Drop in mound for "M" and "L" lines (a fence between the lines will improve safety).
Flat down box "M". New Box. Ride on small drop off.
Down rail "L". Existing rail. Air on/off.
Flat rail "M". Existing rail. Ride on small drop off.
Roler jump "L". 25' lip to top of landing.
Rainbow rail "L". Existing rail. Ride on/off.
Table top "M". 15' lip to landing.
Butter box "M". 15' long deck, 5' from takeoff to deck, 5' from deck to landing.
Step-up "L". 25' lip to top of roller.
Battleship rail "L". Existing rail. Ride on drop off.
Table top "M". 25' lip to landing.
Table top "L". 40' lip to landing.
Table top "L". 30' lip to landing.
Battleship box "M". New box. Ride on drop off.
Flat up flat rail "L". Existing rail, air on/off.
Flat down flat rail "L". Existing rail, air on/off.
Flat rail "M". Existing rail, air on/off.
C-Wall "L". New box. Wall ride and C box combo.
Pyramid "M". Equal transitions on all sides.
Roller jump "M". 15' lip to landing.
Hip "M". Landing starts at back of jump.
Spine with rail on top "M". 2' lip to rail, 2' rail to back of spine.
Homesteader Park
Features
A - Mini snowcross "S" area. A series of rollers and berms for riders to use from top to bottom without stopping
B - "S" line. All features in this line will be "S" features
C- "M" line. All features in this line will be "M" features ending at Silver Rd.
Drop in mound for all three lanes.
Berms. 5' in height and angled inward to guide riders through the snowcross.
Rollers. These will be in between berms where space allows and will not exceed 5' in height.
Varied length roller "S". 3' high and longer on the left than the right. This feature will allow riders to progress from jumping a small distance to a longer distance by working their way across the roller.
6' flat box "S". Existing box. Ride on with snow 2' from the top on sides and back.
Up-dip-down roller "S". 5' high at top of rollers, 3' at centre of the dip.
Roller jump "S". 5' high with a small tapered drop at the peak of the roller. Intro to step down style features.
16' flat box "S". New box. Ride on with snow 6" from top on sides and back.
Roller jump "S". 5' high with tapered drop 5' before peak of roller. Intro to tabletop style features.
Double roller "S". Both rollers 3' high with more distance in between them on left than right. This feature allows riders to progress to riding tighter rollers and to jumping from one roller to the next at longer lengths.
16' rainbow box "S". New box. Ride on with snow 2" from top on sides and back.
Roller jump "S". 5' high with tapered drop 10' before peak of roller. Intro to step-up style features.
Double roller "M". 6' and 4' high rollers evenly spaced and close enough to jump from one to the other.
24' urban flat box "M". New box. Small air on with snow 1' from top on sides and back.
Hip "M". 8' high at peak. Riders turn to the left in the air and travel as far as they wish.
Tabletop "M". 10' high deck with lip 15' from top of landing.
16' flat down box "S". New box. Ride on with snow 6" from top on sides and back.
Off camber rollers "S". 3' high on short side, 5' on high side spaced close enough to jump from one to the other.
16' flat box "S". New box. Ride on with snow 1' from top on sides and back.
16' up flat box "S". New box (16' flat down installed backwards). Ride on with snow 6" from top on sides and back.
