Cool basement ideas

would deffinitly say build a mini pipe in a corner or wherever you can fit it if u have concrete floors already. depending on ceiling height this might be a problem. but a simple 2/3 foot pipe would be fun to screw around on

Pics of the finished basement are needed. And definitely go with carpet. I have a game room/man cave area in the basement and i sleep in the other part. I would hate having hardwood there. Hardwood floors are for upstairs
 
what do you guys think about hard wood plus carpet in the hallways and then big area rugs? Also planning on hanging some my old walls on the wall (not punny)
