Cons of the 13'' MBP for editing

I'm going to be buying a new laptop this summer for editing, and I'm just wondering if the 13'' macbook pro would work. The new processors seem fast enough, I would be able to expand the memory, and as for the small screen, I could just use an external monitor. The only thing that I really see as a disadvantage of the 13'' is that it doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. Can someone tell me if this is a huge deal or not, and what the major disadvantages are with not having a graphics card.
Thanks,

I cant speak for the new MBP, but I do a lot of graphic design work on my MBP and the only problem that I encounter is that sometimes its hard to run my itunes, photoshop and illustrator at the same time. It really slows my computer down, but I'm sure it wouldn't be that bad if you were just running an editing program

I edit on a 13" macbook non-pro, not really pro editing but I think im pretty decent. Works great working with hd clips in final cut pro, the MB handles it fine! After effects lags a bit but it works, I know some guys with the old MBP and it works great for editing, you should get it!
