Confused Caucasian needs help with rap

Well I need some new music and some rap i can actually stand. All I've got so far is Wu Tang Clan, Jedi Mind Tricks, and Cypres Hill. I was hoping to find more but realizing I'm white and had no ties or any sort of idea i decided to make this thread. Also i'm looking for some new Rock and hardcore bands (or just shit i've never heard of)

What is it you like in rap/hip-hop?

I love the groups you mentioned, but also check out Rakim, Nas, Mobb Deep, Az, Gang Starr, Big L (if you haven't already). Those are about my favroite rappers
